The first capture this season was on April 21, 2025. Slightly later than last year, but not by much. Since then I have only received one additional swarm call (yesterday) and it was in Canon City. Thank you to Don Hall (Burley Bees) for the assist in collecting them. Fortunately, he captured them before the constant steady rains we have been blessed to receive for the last three days, and now it is currently snowing👀. I imagine propagation season will be in full swing later this week & weekend as soon as the moisture stops, and the sun shines again.
